Ötztal Trek

Experiencing Ötztal in its highest regions - the new Ötztal Trek offers all hikers and mountaineers this fascinating opportunity. This Haute Route of superlatives consists of 22 continuous stages and 15 variants, some 30,000 m elevation gain and 400 km. It runs from Ötztal train station eastwards above Ötztal, across wind gaps, ridges and peaks from lodge to lodge all the way to Obergurgl and Vent, to then lead back westwards above the valley to Ötztal train station. Of course, no one has to complete all stages in one go. Every stage provides options for entering and exiting - thus you can experience and enjoy the Ötztal Trek in small servings.
