(Aruncus dioicus)
The Goat’s Beard is a lush, bushy forb, which can grow up to 80-150 cm. It’s creamy white flower panicle consists of many small single flowers, which are very popular with pollen eating beetles. Their saplings with a length of 10 cm can be used as wild asparagus. But beware, older ones generate to much oh hydrocyanic acid which is poisonous for humans!
